- You run a classic agency workflow and want a widely used, established tool
- You don’t plan to automate outreach from your own code
- Your team is already trained on it and it covers what you need
- You want to create and change sequences from code, Clay or n8n
- You want AI agents to do the work, with a human approving messages
- You want webhooks for every event and an OpenAPI spec to build on
- You want unlimited accounts for $1,000/mo instead of $2,999/mo
What SalesMix does differently
Sequences as JSON
Every sequence on the canvas can be exported and created as JSON with POST /v1/sequences, so you can version your outbound, reuse winners across clients and generate sequences programmatically. See the API.
Approvals for AI-written messages
Drafts from AI, the API or the MCP server can wait in an Approvals queue, labeled with the agent or key that wrote them. Approve in bulk, edit or skip.
Idempotent enrollment from Clay
Enroll leads straight from a Clay HTTP column with an idempotency key, so re-running a table never double-enrolls anyone. How Clay to LinkedIn works.
How to switch from HeyReach to SalesMix
- Export your leads from HeyReach as a CSV.
- Connect your LinkedIn senders to SalesMix and set daily limits.
- Rebuild your sequences on the canvas, or create them from JSON through the API.
- Pause each lead’s HeyReach campaign before enrolling them in SalesMix, so no one gets messages from both tools.
- Point your webhooks and CRM sync at SalesMix.

SalesMix vs HeyReach: questions
Is SalesMix cheaper than HeyReach?
For most teams, yes. Per HeyReach’s pricing page (November 3, 2026, monthly billing), Growth is $79 per sender per month and Unlimited is $2,999/mo, capped at 300 senders. SalesMix is $99/mo flat for up to 5 accounts, and Unlimited is $1,000/mo locked for life, with no fixed account cap, for our first 10 customers.
Can I move my HeyReach campaigns to SalesMix?
Yes. Export leads as CSV and import them, then rebuild sequences on the canvas or as JSON through the API. Most teams move one campaign at a time.
Can I run HeyReach and SalesMix at the same time?
Yes, during a switch. Just don’t run the same lead or the same LinkedIn account in both tools at once, because that doubles the activity on that account.
Does SalesMix work for agencies like HeyReach does?
Yes. The Unlimited plan includes unlimited LinkedIn accounts, unlimited client workspaces and per-workspace API keys.
Will switching put my LinkedIn accounts at risk?
Reconnecting accounts to a new tool doesn’t change your limits. Keep the same conservative daily limits you used before, and let new accounts warm up. See our LinkedIn limits guide.
