a. Sign into your Gmail account and click ‘Manage Your Google Account.’

b. Navigate to Security on the left-hand side of the page.

c. Scroll down until you see 2-step verification.

d. Enter your phone number to turn on the 2-Step Verification.

e. Now click on app passwords

f. To generate an app password, click on other from the ‘Other’ from the drop-down menu and type in ‘SalesMix’ in the input field.

g. Click Generate password.

a. Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account.

b. Click on Advanced Security Options

c. Scroll down and click on create a new app password.

d. The system will generate an app password for you. Copy that app password in the connect inbox pop-up in SalesMix.

a. Sign into your Zoho account

b. From the left menu, navigate to Security and click App passwords

c. Click Generate New Password.

d. You will be asked to give an app name to the name of your application for future reference.

e. Enter the name OutreachBin and click Generate.

f. Copy the password

a.  Sign in to your Yahoo Account and click Account Info.

b. Navigate to Account Security on the left-hand side of the page.

c. Scroll down until you see App Password

d. Click Generate app password or Generate and manage app passwords.

e.Enter your app's name (OutreachBin) in the text field.

f. Click Generate password

g. Copy the password.
