# Cancellation and refunds: Cancel anytime. No surprises.

**In short** 

SalesMix is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. Cancel your free trial before day 8 and you pay nothing. Once you’re subscribed, cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We refund charges made in error.

## Free trial

Your 7-day free trial includes 1 LinkedIn account. We ask for a card to start, but we don’t charge it during the trial. If you don’t cancel, your subscription starts and your card is charged automatically when the trial ends. Cancel before day 8 and you won’t be charged at all.

## Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then you keep full access, and after that you won’t be charged again.

## How to cancel

-   **In the app:** go to your billing settings at [app.salesmix.com](https://app.salesmix.com) and cancel your subscription.
-   **By email:** email [hello@salesmix.com](mailto:hello@salesmix.com) from the address on your account and ask us to cancel. We’ll confirm by email.

Before your access ends, you can export your leads, messages and campaign data through the app or API.

## Refunds

Monthly fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where the law requires a refund. We will refund you if:

-   We charged you in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled.
-   We materially fail to provide the Service during a billing period and can’t fix it within a reasonable time after you tell us.

To ask for a refund, email [hello@salesmix.com](mailto:hello@salesmix.com) with your account email and the charge in question. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show it.

## Founding price

The founding price of $1,000/mo for the Unlimited plan is locked for life only while your subscription stays active. If you cancel or your subscription lapses, for example after a failed payment that isn’t resolved, the founding price ends. You’re welcome to [apply again](https://salesmix.com/apply), but a new subscription is at the price available at that time.
