## What fair use stops

-   Reselling or sublicensing SalesMix access as your own product.
-   Connecting accounts you don’t own or don’t have permission to use.
-   Connecting accounts that aren’t used for outreach, only to stretch one subscription across unrelated businesses.
-   Spam, harassment, or anything that breaks the law.

We email you first, explain what we’re seeing, and work it out with you. We don’t switch off accounts or change your plan without talking to you.
